Qualifications

• Three+ years in personal lines insurance or account management.
• Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Respond to policy inquiries, endorsements, billing questions and renewals accurately.
• Market and remarket personal lines accounts to identify options.
• Analyze policies to identify gaps and discounts aligned with client needs.
• Quote and service personal lines across carrier platforms.
• Collaborate with producers and team to support growth and retention.
• Maintain accurate documentation and policy records in the AMS360 system.
