Job summary

Provident Protection Plus, the insurance subsidiary of Provident Bank, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a personal lines book, service clients, and liaise with carriers and internal teams. The role emphasizes organized, customer-focused performance in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle renewals, coverage modifications, and proactive communications while pursuing growth opportunities and maintaining compliant records within an established agency framework.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned personal lines book of business.
• Support policy renewals in accordance with agency timelines.
• Assist clients with coverage modifications and provide guidance on coverage options, exclusions, and exposures.
• Submit renewal applications and coverage specifications to carriers and negotiate coverage solutions.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, carriers, and internal partners.
• Prepare proposals, issue binders and ID cards, process policy changes, and support policy administration.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct coverage reviews and identify opportunities to expand insurance relationships with existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to agency procedures and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with team to support customer and business objectives.
