• Proactively reach out ahead of renewals to review coverage and identify opportunities for improvement
• Grow the existing book of business through account rounding and cross-selling.
• Handle correspondence with insurers, clients, and coworkers promptly and professionally.
• Attend departmental and agency meetings as required.
• Assist with or complete other tasks assigned by management.
