Job summary

Sunstar Insurance Group LLC DBA Sunstar Insurance Tennessee in Franklin, TN, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to service a growing book of personal insurance accounts. You will handle policy changes, renewals, coverage reviews, and client inquiries, working with carriers to secure competitive coverage and pricing.

A Property & Casualty license is preferred and prior personal lines experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license preferred.
Personal Lines insurance experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of homeowners, auto, umbrella, RVs and dwelling policies.
Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned personal lines clients and manage day-to-day service requests.
Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system and respond promptly to inquiries.
Educate clients on policy coverages, exclusions, and insurance options.
Proactively manage the personal lines renewal process and present renewal options.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with carrier partners for coverage and pricing.
