Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four (4) or more years related work experience in the insurance field.
• Valid Insurance License; must continue CE requirements for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Identifies prospective and current client needs through exposure analysis.
• Develops program design to solve client needs identified through risk analysis.
• Prepares and submits marketing submissions for new and renewal business with the Producer.
• Prepares insurance summaries and proposals as needed.
• Communicates bind requests to carriers and issues binders or certificates as required.
• Verifies policy accuracy and processes endorsements when received.
• Manages renewals and client relationships to maintain high retention.
• Visits clients and prospects; provides claims assistance when needed.
