Alliant Insurance Services in Washington state seeks a customer service-focused insurance professional responsible for providing service to assigned clients and supporting producer-led new business efforts. The role involves needs analysis, design of programs, and preparation of submissions.

You will communicate with carriers, bind coverage, issue certificates, manage renewals, and maintain client relationships to ensure high retention.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years related work experience in the insurance field.
• Valid Insurance License and CE requirements.
• Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements per supervisor.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies client needs through exposure analysis and design of programs.
• Prepares and submits marketing submissions for new/renewal business.
• Prepares insurance summaries and proposals as needed.
• Communicates binding instructions to carriers and issues binders.
• Verifies policy documents and endorsements; processes endorsements.
• Requests changes and processes policy endorsements.
• Issues certificates, binders, and evidences of insurance as needed.
• Visits clients and prospects as necessary; provides claims assistance.
• Completes applications, obtains quotes, and prepares proposals.
• Manages renewal processes and client accounting/collections as needed.
• Maintains client relationships to ensure high retention.
