SouthPoint Risk, a Member of Correll Insurance Group, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Clarksville, TN. The role provides high-level sales support to the Producer and customer service to clients, requiring independent judgment and discretion to meet service levels.

They assist in new and renewal accounts, design and recommend insurance programs, and work with the Producer to ensure client satisfaction. Full-Time M-F, Clarksville, TN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Property and Casualty license required.
• 1-3 years insurance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AMS360, ImageRight, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain client relationships with timely follow-up, quotations, and account support.
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies and coverage.
• Assist in renewal applications and endorsements.
• Process changes, bind new coverage, cancel old policies, and negotiate with carriers as needed.
• Maintain organized records and collaborate with team.
