Hilb Group in Hubbard, TX seeks a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager for an in-office role. The ideal candidate will be licensed to write Property & Casualty in Texas, possess strong organization, and excel at customer service while managing multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Licensed to write Property & Casualty insurance in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a plus.
• Previous Insurance sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Highly motivated, organized and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with Windows-based computer applications.
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• A strong attention to detail and strive to be error free.
• Self-starter that is able to complete tasks independently.
• Reliable and timely attendance day in and day out.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Understanding products, procedures and best practices to remain focused on retention
• Discussing product offerings with potential customers
• Able to work efficiently while remaining thorough and accurate
• Providing elite customer service to our loyal customer base
• Follow agency standards related to agency management system maintenance
• Continuing to maintain and develop knowledge of Insurance products and services
• Supporting efforts to increase growth through the rounding out of current accounts

• Currently licensed to write Property & Casualty insurance in Texas
• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a plus
• Previous Insurance sales, customer service, or related experience
