The Hilb Group in Hubbard, TX is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager for an in-office role. You will build strong client relationships, discuss product offerings, and ensure accurate service while delivering elite customer care to our loyal client base.

Qualifications

• Licensed to write Property & Casualty insurance in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a plus.
• Previous Insurance sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Motivated, organized and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with Windows-based computer applications.
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and strive to be error free.
• Self-starter that is able to complete tasks independently.
• Reliable and timely attendance day in and day out.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
