Role Description The Personal Lines Account Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Franklin, TN. This position is responsible for managing personal insurance accounts, including handling policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and coverage reviews. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, providing guidance on coverage options, processing new business and retention efforts, and coordinating with carriers to resolve billing or claims questions. The role also involves preparing quotes, reviewing documentation for accuracy, maintaining up‑to‑date client records, and ensuring compliance with agency and carrier procedures. The Personal Lines Account Manager collaborates with producers and team members to deliver a high level of customer service and support the growth of the personal lines book of business.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Account Management skills with experience managing ongoing client relationships and coordinating policy activity.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, problem‑solving, and a client‑focused approach.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Personal Insurance and Insurance fundamentals, including auto, homeowners, umbrella, and other personal lines products.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Tennessee (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe) is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with insurance agency management systems and standard office software, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office setting, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a professional, ethical, and confidential approach to client information.
