Job summary

Criterion Executive Search, Inc. is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Utica, NY. The role involves quoting and writing new business, renewals, and remarkets while maintaining comprehensive documentation in Applied EPIC and coordinating with over 30 carriers.

Excellent phone and in-person client communication is essential. You will work closely with clients and team to ensure seamless service, timely endorsements, and accurate handling of claims and policy

Qualifications

• NY P&C or Personal Lines License required.
• 2+ years of Personal Lines account management experience.
• Excellent phone and in-person communication with clients and team.
• Strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Quote and write new business and renewals; manage remarkets, endorsements, and claims; document activity in Applied EPIC; coordinate across 30+ carriers.
