Talent Edge Recruiting in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager – High-Net-Worth for a local insurer. You’ll manage an established book of about 300 accounts (avg premium ~$15,000) and deliver concierge-level service to high-net-worth clients.

This full-time, hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) offers a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 plus a Christmas bonus, 401(k) with 3% match, generous benefits, PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal lines account management experience.
• High-net-worth personal lines experience with major carriers.
• Experience independently servicing renewals, endorsements and coverage reviews.
• Strong client relationships and concierge-level service.
• Ability to manage an established book and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume book of high-net-worth personal lines accounts with accuracy, responsiveness, and timeliness.
• Build long-lasting client relationships through personalized concierge-level service.
• Process endorsements, renewals, and remarketing; conduct coverage reviews.
• Apply knowledge of personal property and casualty coverages and underwriting guidelines.
• Collaborate with carriers, producers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Utilize carrier platforms and AMS360 (experience preferred).

About the Role

A Norfolk-based property & casualty insurance company is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to serve its high-net-worth clients. You'll manage an established book of roughly 300 accounts (average premium of about $15,000) and deliver attentive, concierge-level service that builds lasting client relationships.

• Base salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year

What You'll Do

• Manage a high-volume book of high-net-worth personal lines accounts while keeping your work accurate, responsive, and timely
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized, concierge-level service
• Process endorsements, manage renewals, remarket accounts, and conduct coverage reviews
• Apply your knowledge of personal property and casualty coverages, underwriting guidelines, and policy servicing
• Work closely with carriers, producers, and internal teams to resolve issues and meet client needs
• Use carrier platforms and our agency management system (AMS360 experience preferred)

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of personal lines account management experience
• High-net-worth personal lines experience (carriers such as PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati, AIG Private Client, and Berkley One)
• Experience independently servicing renewals, endorsements, coverage reviews, and remarketing
• Strong client relationship skills and the ability to deliver responsive, concierge-level service
• Ability to manage an established book accurately and meet deadlines
