Job summary

your Jared is seeking an experienced Personal Insurance Lines Account Manager for a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will hold a NYS Property & Casualty license and have strong expertise in the down-state NY commercial insurance marketplace.

Responsibilities include expanding coverage, marketing new/renewal business, servicing clients, preparing applications, and negotiating with underwriters to grow the book of business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of insurance brokerage experience.
• Experience servicing personal lines clients and knowledge of personal lines markets.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork abilities.
• Current NYS Property and Casualty license.
• AMS 360 Software knowledge is required.

Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager Position Description

This is is a fully and permanently remote position. Candidates can reside anywhere on the East Coast but must have a New York State Property and Casualty License and be familiar with the down-state New York commercial insurance marketplace.

Regional brokerage / insurance agency looking for an experienced personal lines account manager. They provide a full range of insurance coverage and benefits programs offered by more than 30 national carriers.

Responsibilities:

• Increasing current coverage or adding new coverage to the firm’s existing book of business.
• Marketing new and renewal business
• Positive consistent interaction with clients and markets
• Prepare renewal and new business applications & proposals
• Identify exposure and recommend appropriate solutions
• Remarket existing business and negotiate with underwriters
• Provide day to day client service
