Qualifications

• Obtain Personal Lines licenses within 60 days of employment.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, rating and underwriting procedures.
• Proven track record of business to business sales success.
• People-oriented and customer-focused with negotiation skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and technology proficiency.
• Bilingual in Polish or Spanish preferred.
