Hardenbergh Insurance Group in Marlton, NJ is seeking a driven Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, provide exceptional service, resolve coverage and billing issues, support claims activity, and guide clients through their insurance needs.

As the primary contact for an assigned book, you’ll handle policy changes, renewals, and inquiries with accuracy and responsiveness, while maintaining strong carrier relationships and compliance with

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of personal insurance experience.
• Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Producer License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Proven ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
• Experience with an Agency Management System (Epic preferred).

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for an assigned book of personal insurance clients.
• Process policy changes and coverage updates, excluding mortgage changes.
• Research and respond to client and carrier inquiries promptly.
• Reconcile billing, premium, and coverage-related questions.
• Assist clients with claim reporting and support claim resolution.
• Provide solutions meeting client needs while maintaining carrier relationships.
• Handle walk-in, phone, and email requests with high responsiveness.
• Review expirations to ensure renewals are issued and updated in Epic.
