Hardenbergh Insurance Group is seeking an Account Advisor (Personal Insurance) in Marlton, NJ to help clients protect what matters most. You’ll engage prospects, design tailored proposals, and guide applications through to binding coverage, while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

You will use your insurance knowledge and communication skills to analyze client needs, compare carriers, and present cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years insurance experience.
• NJ Property & Casualty Producer License (must obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance meeting HIG standards.
• Must be able to commute to Marlton or Vineland, NJ.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions.

Responsabilités

• Respond to assigned prospects within 24 hours to deliver an exceptional first impression.
• Gather and analyze client information to design customized insurance proposals.
• Submit applications, manage carrier communications, present quotes, and bind coverage.
• Track and report lead activity and outcomes; maintain agency records.
