Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing insurance team. In this role you will manage client accounts from quoting through certificates and renewals, serving as the primary client liaison and coordinating with underwriters.

The ideal candidate has a P&C license and 2–3 years of personal lines experience, with strong organization and communication skills to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• 2–3 years of personal lines insurance experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• AMS360 proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage personal lines accounts from start to finish, including quoting and issuing certificates.
• Handle renewals and client servicing with a focus on timely responses.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with underwriters.
• Communicate effectively with clients and underwriters to ensure accurate processing.
• Operate AMS360 for account management and documentation.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (flexible based on experience).

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines accounts from start to finish, including quoting, issuing certificates, and handling renewals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Communicate and collaborate with underwriters to ensure accurate and timely processing of policies.
• Handle all aspects of client servicing independently, as there is no support staff for this role.
• Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance is preferred, but candidates with the right skills and personality will be considered.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Personality: Sharp, personable, and professional demeanor.
• Location: Candidates must reside within a 30-40 minute commute of the office.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
