100KCrossing is seeking an entry-level Associate Attorney to support the Workers’ Compensation docket and PI pre-litigation matters. This position is ideal for a recently licensed attorney who learns quickly and thrives in a supportive team environment. The role is full-time and onsite at the firm’s Houston, TX office.

You should be Texas-licensed, with 0–3 years of experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Strong writing, case management, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a Texas licensed attorney in good standing.
• 0-3 years of attorney experience; Workers' Compensation and/or Personal Injury Pre-litigation experience is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Fast learner with strong writing skills.
• Strong case management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Team-first attitude and collaborative approach.
• Experience with workers’ compensation helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the Workers’ Compensation docket and Personal Injury pre-litigation docket.
• Handle case management tasks and help mentors with coordination of matters.
• Work onsite at the firm’s Houston, TX office and support a fast-paced litigation team.
