Qualifications

• Active Maryland or Virginia Bar admission.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.

• Trial experience, courtroom appearances, and deposition experience are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
• Develop case strategy and evaluate claims throughout the litigation process.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in discovery.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients during alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to effectively manage caseloads.
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and guidance.
