The compensation package ranges from $150,000 to $175,000+, depending on experience, with a discretionary year-end bonus. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of litigation experience, strong case management, discovery, deposition and motion practice skills, and excellent written and oral communication. Trial experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong case management, discovery, deposition and motion practice.
• Excellent written, oral and client communication skills.
• Trial experience is highly valued.
• PI experience preferred, but litigators moving to plaintiff work are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Join and contribute to the personal injury practice of a Washington, DC law firm.
• Manage a personal injury caseload with oversight from senior attorneys.
• Draft pleadings, handle discovery, depositions and motions.
