Law, a well-established plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Los Angeles, seeks an Associate Trial Attorney to own and advance personal injury matters from filing through resolution.

You will handle discovery, depositions, motions, trial prep, and collaborate with senior counsel on high-exposure cases, including catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, while maintaining strong client communication and case timelines.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• At least one year of litigation experience.
• Experience with trial preparation, including witness preparation, pretrial filings, and motions in limine.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A strong commitment to advocating for injured individuals and pursuing fair outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters from filing through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, expert coordination, and settlement negotiations.
• Develop litigation strategy by assessing facts, liability, and damages to support clients' objectives.
• Contribute to major trials on high-exposure cases with senior trial counsel.
• Prepare cases for trial with witness prep, evidentiary organization, and motions in limine.
• Represent clients with clear, compassionate communication on case developments and settlement options.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure effective case transitions and progress.
• Maintain case deadlines and documentation with accuracy and accountability.
