Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced litigator to join its New Haven, Connecticut office. This mid-career role offers engagement in complex commercial disputes, courtroom work, and autonomy from the start within a supportive firm environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–15 years of litigation experience, holds Connecticut and Federal bar admissions, excels in writing and advocacy, and can manage matters independently while collaborating with a strong team. JD required.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of litigation experience.
• Demonstrated courtroom and hearing experience.
• Experience in commercial/contract, probate/estate, or employment litigation.
• Connecticut and Federal bar admission.
• Strong writing, advocacy and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating.
• Prior experience at a litigation boutique or full-service firm with significant commercial litigation.
• Familiarity with corporate or business law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated disputes for business and individual clients.
• Engage in courtroom work and manage complex commercial disputes.
• Provide direct client contact and autonomy from the start.
• Litigate across contract, employment, probate and estate disputes.
