• Proven ability to direct and guide a team of staff.

• Strong courtroom presence and eagerness to try cases.

Aufgaben

• Meet with clients and file lawsuits.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Schedule and attend fact witness depositions.
• Retain all appropriate experts and attend all expert depositions.
• Schedule and attend all hearings.
• Prepare for and attend mediations.
• Prepare cases for trial and try cases to verdict.
• Prepare and file appropriate post-trial motions.
• Attend file audits, litigation attorney meetings, and trial clinics.
