You will meet with clients, manage discovery, depositions, and experts, and lead case strategy and negotiations with a support team. The firm provides a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• A Florida license to practice law in good standing.
• 1-5 years of experience as a PI litigator.
• Ability to manage a large, active caseload from filing through verdict.
• Strong direction and guidance to a staff team.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication, negotiations, and research.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and file lawsuits.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Schedule and attend fact witness depositions.
• Retain experts and attend expert depositions.
• Schedule and attend all hearings and mediations.
• Prepare cases for trial and try cases to verdict.
• Prepare and file post-trial motions.
• Attend file audits, attorney meetings, and trial clinics.
