Job summary

Rubenstein Law in Orlando is seeking Litigation Attorneys to handle high-value personal injury cases in state and federal court. You will manage all aspects from pre-trial preparation to trial, including depositions, negotiations, and post-trial motions.

You will meet with clients, coordinate discovery, and work with experts to build winning strategies. A Florida license and 1–5 years PI litigator experience are required, with a strong emphasis on communication and courtroom presence.

Qualifications

  • A license in good standing to practice law in Florida.
  • 1-5 years of experience as a PI Litigator.
  • The ability to handle a large and active caseload from filing through verdict.
  • Success providing direction and guidance to a team of staff.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.

  • A strong courtroom presence and eagerness to try cases.

Job Summary
