Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its Richmond, Virginia office. The role includes managing motor vehicle liability cases in litigation and represents plaintiffs in Virginia. The successful candidate will focus on trial preparation and litigation, with a generous compensation package including a base salary, commissions, and comprehensive benefits.

This position requires a law degree, VA Bar membership, and preferably 3+ years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will have excellent client service skills and the ability to manage significant litigation volumes.

Qualifications

• An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in VA.
• 3+ years of Personal Injury / auto liability / MVA experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day handling of litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Interaction with expert witnesses and preparation for hearings.
