Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join its growing Raleigh office. You will handle a heavy, complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle and premises liability matters with substantial trial exposure.

In addition to a base salary and commission structure, the role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a large supporting team, including paralegals and legal assistants, to enable high-quality advocacy

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active NC Bar.
• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings and discovery.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses for conferences, reports, and affidavits.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
