Job summary

Confidential Employer in New Orleans, LA seeks an experienced personal injury litigator to lead cases from evaluation to settlement or trial. The role requires active Louisiana Bar licensure and 4+ years of hands-on civil litigation experience, including depositions and dispositive motions.

You will manage strategy, discovery, and witness depositions while independently handling cases and maintaining strong client relationships in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Louisiana Bar license in good standing.
• 4+ years of substantive civil litigation experience.
• Hands-on experience with depositions, motion practice, and case management.
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters from start to finish.
• Personal injury or insurance defense background preferred.
• First-chair jury trial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead personal injury litigation cases from initial evaluation through settlement or trial.
• Develop case strategies, manage discovery, and prepare persuasive legal arguments.

Note

Candidates must have an active Louisiana Bar license and 4+ years of hands-on civil litigation experience. Experience taking depositions, handling summary judgment matters, and independently managing cases is essential. Personal injury or insurance defense experience is strongly preferred.
