Confidential Employer in New York City seeks a skilled plaintiff-side personal injury attorney to manage complex cases from intake to resolution. You will work with an experienced team, handle depositions, discovery, motions, and court appearances, and help shape trial strategy.

Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar in good standing with at least 3 years of plaintiff-side experience. This on-site role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Bar admission in good standing.
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience independently managing litigation matters and deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
• Trial experience and familiarity with legal case management software are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from initial evaluation through settlement or trial.

• Represent clients in court hearings, conferences, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

• Participate in trial preparation and help drive successful case resolutions.
