Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in personal injury litigation and civil defense/personal injury practice.
• Excellent organizational, oral advocacy and writing skills.
• Hybrid work arrangement with in-office and remote time.
• Must be admitted to the Maryland Bar; DC Bar admission or willingness to gain admission required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft lawsuits, discovery responses, motions, oppositions, memoranda and briefs.
• Meet with clients, take and defend depositions, argue motions.
• Try cases solo or as second chair, depending on experience and case size.
