Boutique Recruiting in Orlando is seeking a Bilingual Pre-Suit Associate Attorney to handle a heavy caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters. You will meet with clients, investigate claims, review records, prepare demand packages, and negotiate with adjusters to pursue favorable resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage ~120 plaintiff personal injury cases through the pre-suit process.
• Meet directly with clients, provide case updates, explain the legal process, and navigate medical care, bills, and case strategy.
• Investigate claims and review accident reports, medical records, insurance documents, and other evidence to evaluate liability and damages.
• Prepare comprehensive settlement demand packages and negotiate with insurance adjusters to pursue favorable resolutions.
• Evaluate settlement offers with clients and determine whether matters should resolve pre-suit or advance to litigation.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and the broader team while proactively seeking guidance and contributing to case strategy.

Bilingual Pre-Suit Associate Attorney

About:

Join a growing Florida personal injury firm where your legal skills directly impact the lives of the clients you serve. As a Bilingual Pre-Suit Associate Attorney, you’ll manage a diverse caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters, build strong client relationships, investigate claims, review medical records and insurance documentation, prepare demand packages, negotiate with adjusters, and help determine the best path toward resolution or litigation. This is an in-office role for an attorney who is proactive, detail-oriented, personable, and eager to learn from experienced attorneys while taking meaningful ownership of their cases!

Salary:

$95,000- $150,000/Year DOE

Responsibilities:

• Manage approximately 120 plaintiff personal injury cases through the pre-suit process, primarily involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability
• Meet directly with clients, provide case updates, explain the legal process, and help navigate medical care, bills, and case strategy
• Investigate claims and review accident reports, medical records, insurance documents, and other evidence to evaluate liability and damages
• Prepare comprehensive settlement demand packages and negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to pursue favorable resolutions
• Evaluate settlement offers with clients and determine whether matters should resolve pre-suit or advance to litigation
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and the broader team while proactively seeking guidance and contributing to case strategy

Requirements:

• Florida Bar admission in good standing with demonstrated Florida legal experience
• Fluent in both Spanish and English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ideally 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury pre-suit experience, though attorneys with other relevant PI experience will be considered
• Experience handling motor vehicle accidents and premises liability matters, with insurance defense, PIP, first-party, homeowners, or related insurance experience also considered
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and the ability to manage a substantial caseload
• A genuine passion for helping clients, a growth mindset, and the humility and drive to learn from experienced attorneys
• Ability to work fully onsite in Orlando, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility to stay until the work is completed when needed
