Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to completion, including legal research and staying updated on relevant legislation.
• Provide legal guidance and build relationships with clients.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
• Handle PIP recorded statements and Examinations Under Oath.
• Participate in community marketing of firm services.
