Frankl Kominsky Injury Lawyers, a Florida-based personal injury firm, seeks a team-oriented Associate Attorney who will manage a high-volume pre-suit caseload and deliver aggressive, ethical advocacy for injured clients. Based in Boynton Beach, this full-time role offers $90,000–$120,000 annually DOE, plus PTO days, holidays, health insurance, 401k, and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Handle case management from inception to completion and provide ethical solutions to legal matters.
• Stay informed about current legislation and case law.
• Provide legal support and guidance to clients while building trustworthy relationships.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
• Cover PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath.
• Market firm services in the community as required.
