You will draft demand letters, review medical records, and maintain Filevine data while coordinating with a team of case assistants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role.
• Pre-litigation case management and negotiation is a plus.
• Experience supervising and managing other team members.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• Paralegal certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a case load of 115-135 cases.
• Delivers client service while ensuring clients are compliant with medical treatment plans.
• Take ownership over client files for review with Attorney.
• Develop cases according to policy; address liability issues; draft demand letters.
• Acquire and review medical and billing records during treatment.
• Maintain case management data in Filevine.
• Collaborate with case assistant to ensure procedures are followed.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.
• Maintain discretion with confidential information.
• Excel in time management, multitasking, and critical thinking.
• Proficient in personal injury law and Filevine or similar CMS.
