Witherite Law Group is seeking a Pre-Litigation Medical Assistant in Dallas, TX. This full-time role supports the Pre-Litigation Department by interpreting medical records, assisting with case reviews, and training staff on medical topics.

You will work with legal nurses, attorneys, case managers, and clients to ensure accurate, compliant case evaluations. Candidates should have state-approved Medical Assistant or CNA training and 2+ years of relevant medical experience, with strong

Qualifications

• State-approved Medical Assistant or CNA training preferred.
• 2+ years of medical experience in Primary Care, ER/Urgent Care, Orthopedic or Neurology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; strong research skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete case medical assessments.
• Update client medical appointments.
• Assist with coordinating medical treatment and transportation.
• Monitor client medical conditions and report changes to legal team and attorneys.
• Provide medical education to team members and clients; clarify injuries and treatment plans.
• Assist clients in understanding case-related injuries, probable treatment, and medical terminology.
• Review and summarize medical/billing records during treatment.
• Conduct literature reviews using databases for case-related research.
• Assist with medical writing for internal/external publications and training materials.
• Deliver training sessions (one-on-one and groups); onboard employees on essential medical knowledge.
• Communicate with clients to clarify treatment procedures and emphasize importance.
