Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group in Boston is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to support our attorneys in handling personal injury and employment law matters. The role focuses on managing case files, drafting documents, and ensuring timely communication with clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred; paralegal certification is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively on multiple assignments at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, showing a strong commitment to client service.

Responsibilities
