Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field; paralegal certification is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and client correspondence.
• Maintain and manage active case files to ensure all documentation is available for attorneys and clients.
• Assist attorneys in the discovery process, including gathering evidence and organizing materials.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys, providing case updates and answering inquiries.
• Track deadlines and manage the legal calendar for hearings, depositions, and tasks.
• Assist in preparing exhibits and trial materials for court appearances.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries or reports.

Key Responsibilities:
