Qualifications

• 2+ years Paralegal experience handling personal injury cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service by keeping clients informed about case progress.
• Obtain, review, and organize damage information.
• Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval.
• Draft settlement calculations and agreements.
• Ensure cases progress in a timely manner.
• Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and handling routine correspondence.
