Job summary

Jobot is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Paralegal in Phoenix, AZ to support attorneys through pre-litigation and case management. You will gather medical records, coordinate with clients, and help prepare demand packages to advance settlements.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of PI paralegal experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and is organized in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, with a commitment to excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of personal injury paralegal experience required.
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support and guidance to injured clients throughout the pre-litigation process
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to gather critical case information
• Obtain, organize, review, and evaluate medical records and related documentation
• Assist in preparing cases for demand packages and negotiations
• Partner closely with assigned attorneys to support case progression and strategy
• Maintain organized digital and physical case files
• Ensure accuracy of case documentation and compliance with deadlines
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and internal team members
