You will negotiate settlements, coordinate with medical providers and insurers, and guide matters from intake through resolution, contributing to a high-volume PI practice with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar membership or awaiting Character & Fitness approval.
• Prior plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent injured clients with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency throughout their cases.
• Evaluate potential new client matters and analyze case facts.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and internal protocols while clients undergo medical treatment.
• Negotiate personal injury settlements and oversee settlement resolution and disbursement processes.
• Provide leadership and case management support within the legal team.
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and case progression timelines.
