Job summary

CyberCoders is partnering with a well-established Portland law firm to fill a Paralegal - Personal Injury role. This in-office, full-time position supports attorneys and clients from intake through settlement.

You will manage case files, draft correspondence, review medical records and liens, prepare settlement packages, monitor deadlines, and coordinate communications with clients and providers. Strong organizational skills and PI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Paralegal background with strong personal injury focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain personal injury case files with accuracy.
• Draft professional correspondence and legal communications.
• Review and organize medical records and billing docs.
• Track medical liens and related case information.
• Prepare settlement demand packages for insurers.
• Monitor deadlines and support attorneys in case progression.
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurers, and providers.
• Assist with problem-solving and case-related research.
