Boly:Welch is actively seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to provide primary support to a partner-associate team in a plaintiffs' firm. You’ll handle the full lifecycle of cases, from opening files to trial, including medical records, client communications, and discovery.

Qualifications

  • 2-10+ years of personal injury paralegal experience, preferably on the plaintiffs' side.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software.
  • Knowledge of Time Matters and WordPerfect preferred.
  • High school diploma

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys on the full lifecycle of cases from opening case files through trials and settlements.
  • Compile and review medical records, communicate with clients and insurance adjusters, and assist with investigations and case strategy.
  • Manage deadlines, format and file motions and pleadings, and prepare discovery requests and responses.
  • Work alongside a couple of paralegals; independently manage cases and take ownership of caseload.

Are you looking to join a passionate plaintiffs' firm committed to providing excellent legal services to their clients? Consider this Personal Injury Paralegal position providing primary support to a partner-associate team known to be fully engaged in their cases.

In this role, you'll support attorneys on the full lifecycle of cases from opening case files through trials and settlements. After an in-office training period, you'll have a hybrid schedule with four in-office days each week.
