Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in plaintiff-side personal injury, catastrophic injury, accident, and medical malpractice matters.

You will manage intake, organize medical records, draft pleadings and discovery, coordinate depositions and trial logistics, and assist with discovery review and billing. A strong background in high-volume plaintiff work and medical terminology is essential.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate, associate or bachelor's degree with paralegal experience; NALA/NFPA or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably plaintiff-side personal injury and medical malpractice.
• Proven ability to obtain and interpret medical records, prepare chronologies, and understand medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury, catastrophic injury, accident, and medical malpractice cases with organized files.
• Perform intake duties, obtain medical records, bills, and other relevant documentation; summarize records and chronologies.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, subpoenas, and settlement demand packages.
