Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking an experienced paralegal to support personal injury litigation from inception to trial. You will draft pleadings, discovery, and other documents while coordinating with clients, insurers, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

The role requires solid legal research, case management, and the ability to handle multiple cases in a high-volume environment. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Experience handling Personal Injury matters, either plaintiff-side or defense-side.
• Strong legal research and investigative skills.
• Experience drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Ability to assist with trial preparation and litigation proceedings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with litigation software and case management systems is a plus.
• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a paralegal certificate from an accredited program is preferred but not required.
• Excellent computer and typing skills.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a professional and positive attitude.
