Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active California State Bar in good standing.
• 2–5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong multitasking and deadline-driven work style.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through trial.
• Communicate effectively with opposing counsel and clients.
• Handle depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Make court appearances and represent clients in hearings and trials.
• Review case files for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop trial strategies, organize exhibits, and prepare witnesses.
• Engage in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
