Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for our Beverly Hills, CA office. This onsite role supports plaintiff personal injury cases from inception through trial, coordinating with litigation attorneys and managing discovery, medical records, and trial materials.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and proficient with key legal research platforms. You will work directly with litigation attorneys, assist with motions and strategy, and help keep cases moving on

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation from start to finish, from complaint through trial.
• Own discovery processes including interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission.
• Analyze medical records, organize bills and treatment histories for attorneys.
• Prepare deposition materials and assist with strategy and preparation.
• Support motions, legal research, and brief preparation using Westlaw/LexisNexis.
• Assist with trial preparation including binders, exhibits, and notebooks.
• Maintain meticulous case organization and timely court filings per local rules.
• Coordinate with experts and communicate professionally with clients.
