Job summary

ANDRE THOMAS LAW PLLC seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support our trial team across all phases of litigation. You will perform legal research, conduct interviews, file documents, and attend trials, helping keep matter files organized and up to date.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure while maintaining strong client communications and efficient case management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal or similar role is preferred
• Certification or Associates Degree as a Paralegal is preferred
• Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with document management experience
• Excellent research skills
• Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Responsibilities

• Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs
• Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
• Conduct legal research and investigation
• Provide general administrative support
• Communicate with clients and witnesses
• Attend court sessions and record important information
• Maintain and update documentation
• Assist with discovery requests
