Job summary

ANDRE THOMAS LAW PLLC is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to support our trial team through all phases of the litigation process. You will perform legal research, draft memoranda, file documents, and assist during trials.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining clear communication with clients and witnesses. The role requires experience in personal injury litigation or similar areas, strong writing

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal or similar role is preferred.
• Certification or Associates Degree as a Paralegal is preferred.
• Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology and the court system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with document management experience.
• Excellent research skills.
• Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs.
• Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review.
• Conduct legal research and investigation.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Communicate with clients and witnesses.
• Attend court sessions and record important information.
• Maintain and update documentation.
• Assist with discovery requests.
