• Extensive hands-on experience in personal injury litigation; pre-litigation experience alone is not sufficient.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when interacting with clients.
• Strong typing, language, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach and the ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Litigation Attorney in managing an active personal injury litigation caseload.
• Assist with case preparation, document management, and litigation-related tasks.
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates as needed.
