Qualifications

• Strong legal research and writing skills, including the ability to analyze complex facts and summarize case materials clearly.
• Experience with litigation support tasks such as document management, discovery coordination, and trial preparation in state and/or federal courts.
• Proficiency with legal software and tools (e.g., case management systems, e-filing platforms, document review tools, and standard office applications).

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all stages of complex litigation, including case intake, investigation, discovery, trial preparation, and settlement.
• Organize case files, manage documents and evidence, and coordinate with clients, experts, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and proofreading pleadings, motions, correspondence, and discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct legal and factual research, summarize depositions and medical records, and maintain case calendars.
• Assist with filing in state and federal courts, prepare trial exhibits, and ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
